Charlotte, NC (May 9, 2008)—Mimosa Grill, located in Uptown’s 2 Wachovia Center, is featuring  everyone’s favorite comfort food this summer – Buttermilk Fried Chicken.   Every Monday through August, guests can dig into a delicious and perfectly-made plate of fried chicken surrounded by only the freshest local vegetables available.

Mimosa Grill is offering the fried chicken as part of a four course prix-fixe menu at $35 per person, which includes:   

Salad of Baby Mixed Greens
Crimini mushrooms, pickled red onions and turnips,
shaved parmesan, garlic vinaigrette

Buttermilk Fried Chicken
